Shipping Policy:

If you’re anything like me, once you have purchased something online, you begin stalking your Postie waiting for your parcel to arrive. Once you place your order with Daisie Mae, I will endeavour to pack & post your order as soon as possible. 

Living in the bush comes with its challenges, one being that the price of postage is higher than in metropolitan areas. The shipping costs include postage & packaging and have been kept to a minimum.

There are times that I travel to Roma, Dalby & Toowoomba and will be able to offer a drop-off service. If you email me prior to placing your order at daisiemaeqld@outlook.com , I can let you know if I have any planned trips and you will then able to select the “Local Pickup/Delivery” option. 

If you reside in Surat, click on “Local Pickup/Delivery” and we can organise a time to meet and deliver your purchase.

 

Shipping Costs: 

I offer a flat rate postage cost of $11.95 (excluding lampshades).

Shipping of Lampshades and Bases will be invoiced separately, you can contact us at daisiemaeqld@outlook.com for an estimated Shipping Price or to arrange local Pickup / Delivery.

 

Returns Policy:

My aim is to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and will make it my priority to ensure that your product arrives undamaged. I will not refund or exchange an item/s simply because you have changed your mind. 

If you are not satisfied with how your item has arrived to you, please email me at daisiemaeqld@outlook.com within 10 days of receiving your item with your reasoning as to why you are not satisfied, and I will be able to help organise a replacement or refund (less postage). Each issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
